The innocent voice of singer Sammy Barry intrigues us to find out if there are songs behind the guitars. Really, even when the guitars get a bit more silent, the good structured fun making Alternative Rock comes out. Regrettably the strumming haze is always there as an uninvited guest, so songs like “Cold places” or “Master and slave” hardly develop their potential.
Not to be misunderstood, I tell you that the music generally match for a band like INZAINE. Nevertheless it is important HOW they do it, and for my opinion less would have been more in that case. The needed munition for good albums is there, but if they want it…we’ll just have to see!
