Pure chaos is the first thing that comes to my mind after listening to this record. Whatever the definition of Math Prog Rock it, for me it´s an inscrutable chaos of different instruments, sounds and melodies that somehow don´t really fit together; plus there´s the screechy and a bit crazy voice of singer Rosa. With their sound, the band from Austria wants to show how Prog music of the 21st century could sound like and so are not afraid to include trumpet and saxophone to a few of their compositions, creating a huge racket as a result. Those of you who like “artsy” music and don´t mind chaos or unstructured songs will love Palindrome. For me, this is just too chaotic.
