El*ke consists of three guys from Emsland, who are being hyped by insiders at the moment. The band name doesn’t make one think of a woman with a nice body, but rather of a licence plate number. And the engine certainly roars, as El*ke is catchy and rocks. Songs like “Adrenalin” and “Wilder Westen” describe the sound of Elke very well. Punk’n’Roll with German lyrics. The first EP “Adrenalin” contains six songs, a road movie and the video of the single by the same name. I’m sure we will hear more of El*ke in the future…what else can I say – with such a name…!?
